Drive business development for fire protection inspections and service contracts at S.A. Comunale. The role covers prospecting, facility assessments, proposals, closing deals, and handing sold work to inspection teams.
Tavsif
- Identify prospective customers through outbound calls and in-person client visits
- Maintain sales records and organize follow-up activities in Salesforce
- Collect and organize client contact details and equipment data
- Visit customer sites to evaluate fire protection needs
- Prepare and deliver prompt proposals through the CRM system
- Convert qualified opportunities into closed sales
- Pass complete and accurate sales details to the inspection department
- Keep every lead and assigned task moving through timely follow-up
- Build relationships through networking and social marketing events
- Coordinate effectively on larger customer accounts
Talablar
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a presentable vehicle
- Have a high school diploma
- Bring at least five years of experience selling inspection or service contracts
- Demonstrate business-to-business sales experience
- Have substantial experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Be self-motivated, communicate effectively, and show a documented record of achievement
- Experience in the fire sprinkler industry is advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude or prior fire and life safety experience is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is preferred
