  • Coordinate campaign timelines and route requests between property owners and creative teams
  • Participate in daily check-ins and weekly meetings with properties
  • Follow up on incomplete or pending marketing work
  • Maintain WordPress and Wix websites, including online menus and business hours
  • Upload marketing assets and complete SEO checklist reviews
  • Schedule social posts, publish posts and reels, and organize content libraries
  • Arrange photo and video shoots and compile monthly analytics
  • Create and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Maintain customer databases and produce performance reports
  • Set up and manage Meta Ads, monitor Google Ads, track spending, and prepare monthly advertising reports
  • Identify and contact local media and influencers, coordinate visits, maintain contact records, and track media coverage
  • Monitor online reviews, prepare responses for approval, track review performance, and administer staff contests
  • Make basic graphic edits using Canva
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports, create tracking links, and use ChatGPT or Claude for executive summaries

Talablar

  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva, and other required marketing and hospitality tools
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly advantageous
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to own marketing project coordination
  • Professional and dependable approach that helps reduce the client’s workload
