Tavsif

  • Provide in-house expertise on organizing platforms such as EveryAction, Mobilize, VAN, and Votivate.
  • Design data structures and maintain records across organizing systems.
  • Create workflows, templates, and documentation for data entry, updates, and retrieval.
  • Manage endorsement and elected-official processes and their databases.
  • Keep systems aligned with organizational needs and ensure timely data collection.
  • Perform quality assurance and data checks.
  • Maintain accurate, clean, documented data as a trusted source of truth.
  • Standardize data generation across voter-contact platforms.
  • Review organizing tools for appropriate permissions and compliance with data protocols.
  • Handle data requests from organizers, fundraisers, and teams through the Data Department ticketing system.
  • Resolve permission issues, bulk uploads, and other data problems.
  • Train and assist organizers with tools, data workflows, and data quality practices.
  • Build integrations between platforms, including VAN and Scale to Win.
  • Enter, update, and retrieve data on behalf of organizers.
  • Fix data problems, identify tool gaps, and improve workflows.
  • Use SQL to answer data questions across program areas.
  • Create visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights into electoral and member organizing.
  • Work with the Data Department, Engineering Team, Analytics Director, and Data Director to coordinate priorities, integrations, models, and progress updates.

Talablar

  • Be currently authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Have at least two years of data or organizer experience with candidate campaigns and movement organizations.
  • Have experience administering electoral software such as VAN, EveryAction, Mobilize, and Scale to Win.
  • Be comfortable using SQL and BigQuery in political settings.
  • Have experience with Google Sheets and/or Airtable in advanced organizing work.
  • Know at least one national voter-file product well, ideally several, such as TargetSmart, Catalist, and L2 scores.
  • Have experience with Google Data Studio, Hex, or another data visualization and reporting platform.
  • Be able to lead data projects from scoping and design through stakeholder input, implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Use analytical reasoning to troubleshoot technical and stakeholder problems.
  • Recognize patterns and check assumptions carefully.
  • Bring strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Be able to design and implement systems that serve multiple stakeholders.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced support role handling tickets and requests.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
