Data and Business Intelligence Analyst — Fort Campbell Hybrid

Analyze maintenance operations data and build SQL-powered dashboards and reports for All Native Group’s U.S. Government operations. Evaluate failures, costs, data quality, and facility performance to support operational improvements.

Tavsif

  • Create performance dashboards and monthly reports for facility maintenance operations
  • Evaluate resolution time, first-time fix rates, emergency response, preventive maintenance compliance, parts fill rate, data completeness, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform failure and lifecycle analyses to inform operational improvements
  • Establish performance baselines, calculation rules, and exclusions in collaboration with the Government customer
  • Segment reporting by request priority, asset class, and zone
  • Maintain operational dashboards with source timestamps and data synchronization status
  • Prepare monthly performance and cost-avoidance reports
  • Review failure codes and repeat visits for recurring issues
  • Support parts-demand planning with historical work-request data
  • Check data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness before reports are published
  • Record metric definitions, calculation rules, and data sources in a data dictionary
  • Safeguard sensitive information and follow data privacy and controlled unclassified information handling practices

Talablar

  • At least four years of BI or reporting experience using SQL
  • Strong SQL capability and dashboard design skills
  • Ability to communicate data quality issues clearly to operations staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain installation access
  • Power BI or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience with maintenance or operations KPI reporting preferred
  • Maximo/BIRT or Cognos reporting experience preferred
  • Failure analysis experience, including MTBF and MTTR, preferred
  • Facility lifecycle decision-support experience preferred
  • Power BI data modeling experience with DAX preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy practices preferred
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense installations, contracts, or programs is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfort with extended periods seated at a desk and working at a computer
  • No security clearance required
