Manage customer debt recovery and ledger performance for Rentokil Initial in a hybrid Dudley role. Support pest control, hygiene, and business services operations through accurate account management and responsive query resolution.
Tavsif
- Drive debt collection and reduce debtor days against company targets
- Manage customer accounts and recover outstanding balances
- Own an assigned portion of the ledger
- Meet agreed collection objectives
- Produce reports detailing account performance
- Monitor and control daily debt activity
- Review cash allocations and recommend corrective action for accounts requiring attention
- Refer significant issues to the Team Leader or Credit Manager
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Resolve business enquiries within agreed deadlines
- Complete additional administrative tasks as required
Talablar
- At least two years of experience in a collections environment
- An ICM qualification is desirable
- Capability to initiate and support continuous improvement activities
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Consistent attention to accuracy
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and PivotTables
- Working knowledge of audit controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to complete a DBS check if required for the position
