Take self-paced professional development courses in time management, presentation skills, and other key areas.
Deliver challenging, meaningful projects assigned by the manager.
Work independently or with fellow interns, then present findings to local leadership.
Conduct projects such as territorial risk assessments and business process analyses.
Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms, and critically assess AI-assisted outputs.
Explore Risk Control, Claims, and related corporate functions.
Visit agencies with Account Executives.
Take part in the Enterprise Internship experience.
Carry out other assigned duties.

Be pursuing or have earned a bachelor’s degree.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts (business focus preferred), Management, Marketing, or Risk Management and Insurance.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong interest in entering the insurance industry and pursuing underwriting as a career.
