Tavsif

  • Lead BIM and VDC coordination for BAS and EPMS scopes across assigned critical infrastructure projects
  • Develop, maintain, and update models covering BAS and EPMS panels, field devices, conduit, and raceways
  • Integrate company scope into federated models with trade partners and project stakeholders
  • Conduct clash detection and constructability reviews using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Track, follow up on, and resolve model conflicts affecting installation, access, coordination, or sequencing
  • Coordinate real-time model updates with project managers, field leaders, installation teams, and external designers
  • Verify constructability and align model content with installation requirements to help resolve field issues
  • Maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle and support complete, reliable as-built conditions
  • Help develop and improve BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Prepare and maintain clash reports, issue logs, model status updates, and coordination records
  • Communicate coordination priorities, open issues, and follow-up actions to internal teams and trade partners
  • Create visuals and exhibits for construction logistics, project phasing, installation planning, and stakeholder presentations
  • Update project leadership on model progress, coordination status, field impacts, and risk areas
  • Support documentation of as-built model completeness and turnover deliverables during project closeout
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables on schedule and within budget
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline, or three years of Revit modeling experience
  • At least five years of experience as a BIM/VDC lead coordination engineer on large-scale construction projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP
  • Advanced proficiency in Navisworks
  • Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or BIM 360
  • Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and federated model workflows
  • Ability to interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and field installation conditions
  • Familiarity with laser scanning, point clouds, drone capture, or reality-capture workflows is preferred
  • Experience creating construction visuals, sequencing plans, and presentation-ready graphics is preferred
  • Knowledge of building automation systems, related scope, components, and construction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to complete assignments accurately and with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively remotely through strong communication, organization, self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to use AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve operational processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical information
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and contribute effectively to a team
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles
  • Ability to work effectively in active construction-site environments
  • Ability to occasionally move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
