Tavsif

  • Shape high-impact creative concepts and guide them through production.
  • Lead brand projects and campaigns of varying scope from kickoff through completion while managing competing priorities.
  • Adapt between hands-on creation and creative direction based on each project’s needs.
  • Direct visual design for integrated campaigns spanning film, social, digital, and interactive experiences.
  • Use creative and strategic judgment to address business challenges.
  • Use AI tools to develop prototypes, drafts, mockups, animatics, and internally produced assets.
  • Present creative work to internal stakeholders with clarity, energy, and conviction.
  • Protect and advance the overall creative vision.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, writers, marketers, engineers, and external production teams.
  • Oversee relationships with external production partners when required.

Talablar

  • 6–10 or more years of experience as an art director.
  • Ability to develop concepts and art-direct storyboards, comps, or animatics independently of the Design team.
  • Extensive experience taking integrated campaigns from strategy and concept development through delivery.
  • Production experience spanning film, digital, social, and print.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to produce comps, layouts, and assets for a broad range of media.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for generating images and video.
  • A highly collaborative approach to creative work.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback respectfully.
  • Willingness to travel for production when needed.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a portfolio are required.
