Talablar

  • Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Maintain an active California bar license
  • Bring 1–8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
  • Insurance defense experience is preferred
  • Be familiar with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
