- Develop focused case strategies that address the facts and advance favorable outcomes

Cerințe
- Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Maintain an active California bar license
- Bring 1–8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Insurance defense experience is preferred
- Be familiar with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
