Tavsif

  • Identify priority regions, partner segments, and target accounts in collaboration with the Head of Owned Media
  • Find and assess affiliates for audience alignment, traffic quality, commercial value, and brand fit
  • Guide prospects through outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and their first performance review
  • Re-engage, grow, or discontinue existing partnerships according to contribution and strategic alignment
  • Negotiate commissions, fees, placements, deliverables, tracking specifications, and review milestones
  • Forecast expected costs and returns before approving spend or proposing exceptions
  • Record commercial terms and manage approvals, contracts, and internal handoffs
  • Assess weak-performing agreements and advise on renewal, renegotiation, or termination
  • Define attribution and tracking needs while checking links, codes, and reporting permissions
  • Compare partner-reported results with internal traffic, sales, and commission data alongside Analytics & Data and Finance
  • Resolve discrepancies, poor-quality traffic, and changes in conversion performance
  • Convert performance findings into decisions about partner mix, commercial terms, creative, placements, or budget
  • Keep the partnership pipeline updated with ownership, stage, projected value, next action, and decision date
  • Create standards for onboarding, briefings, compliance, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate partnership governance and measurement with the Influencer Partnerships Specialist
  • Check PFM partner content for accuracy, brand suitability, and compliance
  • Confirm placements and deliverables launch on schedule, keeping offers, promo codes, creative assets, and campaign information current
  • Partner with Analytics & Data, Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, and leadership to complete deal execution and tracking initiatives

Talablar

  • At least three years of hands-on experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships work, including end-to-end deal sourcing and negotiation
  • Fluent professional English communication skills
  • Strong AI capability, including experience creating or using lightweight automations for outreach, tracking, or reporting
  • Practical familiarity with Docusign and Calendly or similar contract and scheduling platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
  • Basic understanding of partnership and affiliate contract terms, with sound judgment about when to involve Legal or Finance
  • Excellent organization and follow-through when managing multiple deals
  • Direct, clear communication of commercial terms, performance updates, and negotiation results
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling spend data, deal terms, and partner performance information
  • A relationship-oriented approach to negotiation
  • Strong ability to coordinate across functions
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Experience or familiarity with the prop trading industry is valued
