Tavsif

  • Code and pay approved invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Review invoices against purchase orders and receiving records and verify required approvals
  • Prepare payment setup documentation for invoices
  • Reconcile batch totals to confirm accurate coding and amounts
  • Prepare expense checks and manual check requests for signature
  • Maintain accounts payable vendor files
  • File system reports, including purchasing journals and check registers
  • Verify that checks are issued with appropriate authorization
  • Reconcile vendor statements each month
  • Address vendor questions and inquiries
  • Complete daily cash deposit reconciliations and submit capital invoices
  • Complete Food & Beverage comp worksheets
  • Support preparation of income journals
  • Handle reasonable assignments from the Controller or Assistant Controller
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Talablar

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accounting degree preferred, or comparable business experience
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Effective time management
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo a background check after receiving an offer
