Opis

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs.
  • Build, launch, and maintain Blackwall’s responsive website across devices and browsers.
  • Turn high-fidelity mockups from Figma, Adobe XD, and similar tools into scalable web architecture.
  • Create campaign landing pages, product launch microsites, and localized pages.
  • Monitor website health, resolve bugs, and improve page load speeds.
  • Keep website code clean and scalable.
  • Set up technical SEO, tracking pixels, and analytics tags.
  • Work with performance marketers on A/B tests and conversion improvements.
  • Keep the visual design consistent across interfaces.
  • Manage design tasks and progress in Jira.
  • Record design processes and guidelines in Confluence.
  • Lead user research and usability testing.
  • Stay informed about design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Design to turn complex requirements into effective visual experiences.

Zahteve

  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Substantial experience building and managing CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, or headless systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • General understanding of web hosting, cybersecurity, and the IT sector.
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI, user-centered, interaction, and responsive design principles.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with Marketing teams.
  • Understanding of lead generation, landing page mechanics, and campaign schedules.
  • A strong UX/UI sensibility and ability to accurately realize a designer’s vision.
  • Ability to find website performance bottlenecks and implement technical fixes independently.
  • A portfolio showing web development, user journeys, landing pages, or internal interfaces.
  • Ability to lead projects independently from concept to delivery.
  • Ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Good written and spoken English.
