Opis

  • Set and carry out merchandising and category plans for packaged vegetables.
  • Manage and develop a team, including coaching and performance oversight.
  • Make pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions informed by customer insights and competitor analysis.
  • Work across teams to improve supply chain operations, vendor partnerships, and inventory management.
  • Apply analytics to strengthen operating efficiency and the customer experience across channels.
  • Oversee financial plans, budgets, and profit and loss for assigned categories.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and uphold company policies and standards.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or a related field plus five years of experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or a related area; alternatively, seven years of experience in those areas.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Extensive category and financial management experience, including profit and loss responsibility for complex categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, oversee performance, and support engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of category, assortment, and pricing strategies.
  • Skill in supplier negotiations and vendor relationship management.
  • Proficiency in business planning, budget forecasting, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to use analytics to guide merchandising strategy.
