Opis

  • Collects, analyzes, digitizes, and visualizes motorway geospatial data.
  • Maintains and continuously updates applications built in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
  • Creates drone-based orthophoto mosaics and processes orthophotography.
  • Creates and maintains geographic databases and geodatabases.
  • Develops mobile applications for inspections and fieldwork recording using Survey123 and related tools.
  • Produces thematic maps and spatial reports to support studies and decision-making.
  • Oversees and coordinates the surveying and data maintenance of motorway assets.
  • Creates custom GIS dashboards to monitor incidents, pavement conditions, and related metrics.
  • Updates the study and project-register database and maintains its connection to the GIS application.
  • Collaborates and communicates with public authorities to provide data in digital format.
  • Creates maps to support the traffic model.
  • Monitors and updates the MyOdos application.
  • Communicates with local authorities and other public or private organizations on matters related to smooth traffic operations and manages the relevant correspondence.
  • Monitors traffic volumes through traffic counters and evaluates alternative traffic-management scenarios during major motorway maintenance works.
  • Tracks relevant performance indicators and prepares reports for external organizations.

Zahteve

  • University degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering.
  • Postgraduate degree in Geographic Information Systems.
  • Four years of previous experience as a GIS Analyst.
  • Very good knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Survey123, StoryMaps, mobile apps, and ArcPy scripts.
  • Basic programming skills in Python and Arcade.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
