  • Develop timely organic social ideas shaped by client audiences and culture.
  • Film and edit short-form videos independently with CapCut or in-app tools.
  • Respond to social trends by creating and publishing content quickly.
  • Work with colleagues and clients, presenting ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Travel to shoot content and support brand activations.
  • Use the brand asset library to inform and support content creation.
  • Follow brand guidelines while exploring creative formats.
  • Act on ideas and use content performance to guide learning.
  • Help produce a high volume of engaging short-form social content each day.
  • Create content for DEPT® clients with support from creative, strategy, design and media teams.

Zahteve

  • Demonstrated experience creating social content.
  • Strong interest in TikTok, Reels and short-form video, with practical editing experience using CapCut or similar apps.
  • Ability to develop timely, trend-aware social ideas for Gen Z and broader audiences.
  • Confidence and authenticity when filming and presenting on camera.
  • A portfolio may include content created for personal or brand TikTok and Instagram accounts.
  • Creative instincts and a hands-on approach to producing and publishing content quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple shoots and content trips, including travel to airports and European destinations.
  • Careful attention to brand guidelines and creative principles, while keeping work aligned with brand strategy.
  • Willingness to learn, experiment and iterate through a test-and-learn approach to content.
