Opis

  • Lead new software products and major features from strategy and customer problems through launch into customers’ hands.
  • Set product direction, validate opportunities, shape features, and partner with product and engineering to deliver them.
  • Continue refining experiences after launch based on how customers use them.
  • Combine customer feedback, research, product data, and business context to uncover opportunities and set priorities.
  • Develop and evaluate product ideas with product and engineering partners through prototypes and customer input.
  • Develop concepts into user flows, functional prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
  • Create detailed prototypes with realistic data and interactions.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to prototype and iterate alongside engineers.
  • Apply information architecture, interaction and visual design, content, accessibility, responsive behavior, and edge-case thinking.
  • Coordinate with partners, flag risks, and balance user value with technical feasibility and delivery constraints.
  • Set success measures and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide post-launch improvements.
  • Help develop shared design patterns, offer constructive feedback, and mentor colleagues.
  • Report to the Head of Product Design.

Zahteve

  • At least 5 years of product design experience, with 8 or more years preferred.
  • A portfolio that explains your process, individual contributions, and reasoning behind key decisions.
  • Demonstrated ownership of design for a new product or substantial feature from initial concept through launch.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, including complete flows, accessibility, and reusable components.
  • Sound product judgment and ideas rooted in customer needs.
  • Practical prototyping skills in Figma and at least one AI coding tool, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or an equivalent.
  • Experience with design systems used across teams, AI products, marketing workflows, or complex enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with delivering design changes through GitHub pull requests and participating in code review with engineers.
  • A strong record of collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Ability to use research and data to guide design decisions.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
