- Lead paid amplification for organic content and creator work.
- Boost content across owned, creator, and aggregate accounts, prioritizing posts with organic traction.
- Develop and run a programmatic amplification engine guided by real-time performance thresholds.
- Manage the boosting budget and forecast spend against the content calendar and timely opportunities.
- Favor CPM-based media buys to maximize efficient reach and brand exposure.
- Allocate amplification spend and reporting between Fanatics Sports & Casino and Fanatics App.
- Track reach, non-follower reach, engagement, share of voice, CPM efficiency, unaided awareness, and brand favorability lift.
- Keep amplification distinct from conversion-focused Performance Media.
- Coordinate with Performance Media on shared paid social and CTV/OLV platforms.
- Work with Creator & Talent on amplification support and performance thresholds.
Zahteve
- Bring at least four years of experience buying paid social or programmatic media.
- Have direct experience with CPM buying for reach and awareness, rather than performance or direct response.
- Have built or operated a programmatic, rules-based amplification engine triggered by performance thresholds.
- Understand reach, non-follower reach, engagement, and share of voice as key success measures.
- Be comfortable being assessed on CPM efficiency instead of CPA or CPC.
- Have managed a paid media budget and forecast spend against a content calendar.
- Know when to flag CPA-, CPC-, or revenue-share-based deals for Performance Media.
- Experience in sports, betting, gaming, or a similarly fast-paced consumer category is a plus.
