Senior Financial Analyst, Missile Programs
Support Raytheon’s aerospace and defense missile programs by managing forecasts, Estimates at Complete, earned value systems, budgets, and contract financial performance.
Opis
- Contribute to Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile (ESSM) program activities.
- Support ESSM Engineering Services and Design Agent contracts, along with other contracts that require security clearance.
- Prepare, review, coordinate, and submit Estimates at Complete (EACs).
- Track monthly cost and schedule performance against budgets and forecasts for bookings, sales, profit, and cash.
- Help develop annual proposals (Gate 4s) and contract baselines (Gate 5s).
- Contribute to the Long Range Plan (LRP).
- Implement and maintain internal Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Analyze variances, review data, and prepare reports.
- Work regularly with program managers, functional leaders, and colleagues across organizational levels.
- Partner with finance and program teams on strategic decisions and financial results.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with engineering, supply chain, contracts, operations, and other functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills.
- Ability to work independently with some supervision and oversight.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.
- Experience with SAP Business Systems, including Business Warehouse (BW), or another major ERP system.
- Experience developing EACs, budget baselines, and forecasts, including variance analyses.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, charting, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP Earned Value.
- Experience with the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite.
