Senior Director of Legal Advisory
Advise senior legal leaders on contract transformation and AI-powered contract intelligence. Partner with sales and product teams to shape enterprise solutions and strategy.
Opis
- Advise General Counsel, CLOs, and Legal Operations leaders on contract transformation, legal innovation, and AI-powered contract intelligence.
- Lead executive discussions, workshops, and briefings on legal transformation, contract intelligence, governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Represent Icertis as a legal subject-matter leader at industry events, webinars, customer meetings, and other market-facing engagements.
- Work with Sales and Solution Engineering on strategic enterprise opportunities to support successful deals and revenue growth.
- Create business cases that show the value, return on investment, and business impact of Icertis Contract Intelligence and AI solutions.
- Apply legal expertise across the sales cycle, from understanding customer needs and shaping solutions to sharing best practices and responding to RFPs.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to guide product strategy, AI development, and roadmap priorities using customer and market insights.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, and external industry groups to strengthen Icertis' market position and customer engagement.
Zahteve
- Law degree; active or prior legal practice is strongly preferred.
- Experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise software, consulting, or corporate legal settings.
- In-depth knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM), commercial contracting, governance, compliance, risk management, and legal operations practices.
- Track record of advising General Counsel, CLOs, Legal Operations leaders, and other senior legal stakeholders on complex legal and business matters.
- Strong understanding of legal transformation, process improvement, and the use of technology and AI in legal organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience influencing executive and C-suite audiences.
- Business acumen and the ability to develop value propositions, ROI models, and strategic roadmaps that connect legal initiatives to business results.
- Interest in AI and innovation, with the ability to work across global teams and travel for customer meetings and industry events.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.
