Opis

  • Lead analytical projects that inform commercial, product and marketing decisions across the Sports portfolio
  • Develop forecasting models using financial plans, historical results, seasonal patterns and sporting events
  • Redesign and improve the Tableau dashboard suite
  • Identify reporting gaps and improve data quality and access
  • Work with Data Engineering to strengthen data pipelines
  • Use statistical and behavioural analysis and experimentation to support revenue, conversion and long-term growth
  • Mentor colleagues and surface new analytical opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing and SEO teams
  • Report to the Head of Data and Insights

Zahteve

  • Advanced SQL expertise
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, Tableau and statistical analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver analytical projects independently, from scoping through implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to turn business challenges into analytical solutions
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Commercial perspective and experience using data to influence business strategy and decisions
  • Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues
  • Experience in sports betting, iGaming or another digital business, ideally with substantial web analytics exposure
