  • Lead cloud assessments, modernization, containerization, migration, and operational transformation programs.
  • Contribute to business development, solution design, and cloud industry thought leadership.
  • Direct the architecture, implementation, and operation of AWS cloud platforms.
  • Design and operate enterprise Kubernetes environments on Amazon EKS.
  • Create highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
  • Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
  • Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform observability.
  • Design cloud environments to meet applicable security and compliance standards.
  • Improve cloud performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide technical direction across client projects and delivery teams.
  • Mentor cloud engineers and architects and encourage strong engineering practices.
  • Support proposals, solution architecture, and business development pursuits.
  • Work with delivery engineers and architects to ground proposed solutions in implementation experience.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as management information systems, information systems, or computer science.
  • At least five years of experience in professional services.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification preferred.
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification preferred.
  • Ability to design and implement modern AWS cloud solutions.
  • Interest in AWS developments and emerging trends.
  • Client relationship skills and a strong commitment to client service.
  • Interest in project management and team leadership.
  • Experience leading AWS platform architecture, implementation, and management, or the ability to do so.
  • Experience operating enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments with Amazon EKS.
  • Ability to build highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Ability to design secure cloud architectures that meet security and compliance standards.
  • Experience leading cloud migrations, containerization, and application modernization.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and senior technology leaders.
  • Consulting skills such as active listening, structured problem solving, professional communication, clear documentation, and accountability for commitments.
  • Successful background check required for employment.
