Opis

  • Manage and coach a team of analytics engineers
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs
  • Oversee and improve a broad analytics estate used across business functions
  • Lead multiple workstreams from planning through delivery
  • Deliver quarterly priorities alongside ongoing responsibilities and ad hoc requests
  • Maintain recurring reporting for fraud and anti-money laundering
  • Support data science and machine learning model development and monitoring

Zahteve

  • Bring extensive analytics engineering experience, with expert SQL and data modelling skills
  • Have practical experience using dbt or a similar framework to build structured, tested, maintainable data models
  • Be proficient with Looker or a comparable business intelligence tool
  • Demonstrate a record of managing, supporting and developing analytics engineers
  • Manage projects effectively, prioritising incoming work and delivering cross-functional data initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and produce strong documentation
  • Understand data governance and risk management
  • Ideally, have experience with fraud, anti-money laundering or financial crime data
  • Ideally, have worked in a regulated financial services environment
  • Ideally, have experience with cloud data warehouses and CI/CD
  • Ideally, have experience with Git and peer review workflows
