Remote Patient Monitoring Project Manager
Manage remote customer installations of GE HealthCare patient monitoring solutions, coordinating project timelines, resources, and equipment testing through clinical go-live.
Opis
- Manage implementation projects for GE HealthCare Patient Care Solutions, including monitoring products
- Review sales orders
- Plan projects and maintain documentation
- Coordinate project resources
- Address project issues
- Serve as the main contact between GE and customer project teams, with on-site support from Service and Sales
- Clarify GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables in sales contracts
- Prepare, maintain, and route formal implementation schedules
- Work with customers, GE HealthCare, and contract partners
- Keep milestone dates accurate and project data clear for business metrics and revenue forecasts
- Track and report progress from kickoff through status reviews and project closeout
- Monitor equipment delivery, installation, and testing
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that affect customer satisfaction or GE operational goals
- Lead the implementation team during clinical equipment go-live
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Zahteve
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project management experience, or an associate degree and at least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate meetings by teleconference or in person with multifunctional groups
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Experience communicating with a range of internal and external partners
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a customer-friendly way
- Experience managing large-scale projects; construction, healthcare IT, or equipment installation experience preferred
- Demonstrated customer service experience working remotely with external customers in a clinical setting
- Formal project management coursework and/or current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry and with GE HealthCare products
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays when needed
- Ability to meet customer vendor credentialing requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable
