Opis

  • Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping for the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Code invoices, create accounts, reconcile balances, and close the monthly books.
  • Process publisher and customer payments in line with company guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly publisher invoices and apply incoming payments.
  • Address payment questions from publishers and internal colleagues.
  • Calculate quarterly sales and account management commissions and bonuses.
  • Support salary processing for employees and payments to contractors.
  • Reconcile cash disbursements, payroll, customer balances, and other financial accounts.
  • Oversee accounts receivable collections.
  • Support financial modeling and refresh internal models after each month-end close.
  • Review and process accounts payable invoices, assigning charges to the correct accounts.
  • Support the CEO and Director of Finance on ad hoc projects.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.
  • Work as an individual contributor.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred.
  • Five to seven years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in a global or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general financial and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and ability to follow them.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Campfire AI.
  • Proficiency with Google Office Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Brex is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Availability to work primarily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • A player-coach approach, with willingness to handle work and provide leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort giving and receiving direct feedback.
