Opis

  • Analyze business and operational data to answer complex questions and guide decisions.
  • Create dependable metrics and analytical frameworks with traceable definitions and accurate source data.
  • Work with business stakeholders to spot trends and opportunities and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • Build and maintain recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
  • Streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Detect inconsistencies, data quality problems, and misleading results.
  • Put validation practices in place to help prevent recurring data issues.
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Independently manage multiple analytical projects and prioritize by business impact and urgency.
  • Support data governance by documenting metrics, sources, assumptions, and analytical methods.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
  • At least four years of professional analytics experience, including at least three years as a data analyst, business analyst, BI analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on SQL and Python experience for data analysis, statistical analysis, and visualization.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in a high-volume transactional environment.
  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts beyond basic reporting and aggregation.
  • A track record of using data to influence or change business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to validating analytical results.
  • Experience automating recurring reports or analytical workflows and measuring efficiency gains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
