- Oversee Cream’s campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, and programmatic channels.
- Set agency strategy, assess plans and creative, challenge targeting, and manage the commercial relationship.
- Build and optimise affiliate and referral programmes, covering partner recruitment, commissions, performance tracking, and payouts.
- Develop influencer partnerships and measure their contribution to growth.
- Deliver acquisition targets for Overleaf and Readcube.
- Distribute budgets across agency-managed and in-house channels to meet customer acquisition cost and revenue targets.
- Calculate CAC:LTV by channel and cohort to inform investment choices.
- Work with the senior growth and commercial analyst on tracking, attribution, and reconciling spend.
- Conduct structured tests of creative, audiences, offers, and channel mix.
- Share results with commercial and marketing leaders, tying channel metrics to pipeline and revenue impact.
