Opis

  • Build customer relationships and address merchandising needs through clear communication
  • Stock shelves and maintain or refresh in-store displays
  • Represent Mondelēz to store employees and coordinate with sales representatives
  • Improve product visibility on shelves and create promotional displays
  • Visit stores and follow Mondelēz’s DSD merchandising steps
  • Photograph displays at assigned stores
  • Order products for shelves and displays using an iPad
  • Keep Nabisco brands stocked and presented according to company guidelines
  • Follow plans agreed with store managers and report issues to management
  • Work to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
  • Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
  • Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive, upbeat manner

Zahteve

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence
  • Bring a professional, positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations
  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly
  • Occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
  • Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in St. Charles, Missouri
  • Be available to work four weekdays and Saturday
  • Be available to start at 7:00 a.m.
