Opis
- Review group and event briefs to identify client needs, customer profiles, and sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop tailored quotes and commercial proposals for each opportunity.
- Negotiate terms that meet client needs while protecting hotel profitability.
- Follow up on proposals and work to convert opportunities into sales.
- Prepare and track group and event contracts, documenting commercial terms accurately.
- Coordinate room and event-space blocks and keep related information current.
- Monitor deadlines, changes, reductions, and other updates to room and space blocks.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to align information for operations.
- Help the Groups and Events department meet its commercial targets.
Zahteve
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Events, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Strong spoken and written communication.
- A commercial outlook focused on negotiation and converting sales.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple demands at once.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
