Opis

  • Manage assigned virtual and in-person event projects and focus areas.
  • Organize work with established processes to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate project schedules and event logistics.
  • Attend meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute communications.
  • Oversee event registration.
  • Raise potential client or project concerns with management and the account team.
  • Summarize project feedback and circulate post-event debrief notes.
  • Work with suppliers and internal support teams.
  • Use technology platforms and tools for sharing data.
  • Manage reporting and maintain accurate data.
  • Track project finances and oversee assigned budgets.
  • Help with the Travel and Events team’s daily operations.
  • Complete other assigned duties.

Zahteve

  • Four-year degree or equivalent.
  • At least three years of event management experience in meetings, conferences, trade shows, and incentive programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated project management ability and financial aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organization and time management, including handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • May travel for client meetings, site inspections, or on-site project work.
