Oracle

Opis

  • Coach Buyers and oversee their performance, development, and workload allocation.
  • Lead long-term supplier contract bidding and negotiations.
  • Manage strategic supply agreements and work with the Category Manager to establish new agreements.
  • Deliver category strategies focused on cost, service, and quality.
  • Oversee procurement, including supplier performance, cost control, and tactical negotiations.
  • Act as the main supplier contact and handle escalations.
  • Reduce escalations linked to supplier disruptions.
  • Track and report KPIs and supplier scorecards, and lead performance improvements.
  • Help address obsolescence and supply constraints, assessing alternative options.
  • Work with Customer Service, Inventory Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing.
  • Visit supplier sites and attend trade shows as needed.
  • Present quarterly category reviews and contribute to annual planning.
  • Maintain procurement policy compliance and support ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with Inventory Planning, Traffic & Customs, and Warehouse Operations to improve service levels and supply chain performance.

Zahteve

  • Post-secondary education in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
  • Some leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Oracle knowledge is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel for the role.
