Descriere

  • Drive web conversion from initial insight through launch.
  • Find conversion barriers, develop recommendations, and deliver improvements.
  • Design websites, landing pages, funnels, quizzes, and onboarding journeys.
  • Create clear USPs and value propositions grounded in patient insights.
  • Turn data, research, CRO findings, and founder hypotheses into conversion-focused designs.
  • Translate Figma designs into frontend pages with Webflow or comparable tools.
  • Apply AI to design and build pages, and create A/B tests.
  • Develop AI workflows, components, and templates that increase output while protecting brand quality.
  • Launch and assess experiments quickly, end ineffective approaches, and scale successful ones.
  • Report to the Head of Design and work closely with the CRO Lead.
  • Design experiences for Bolt Pharmacy, Bolt Med, and emerging markets.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience designing effective websites and landing pages.
  • A portfolio showing measurable results and conversion impact, beyond visual work alone.
  • Strong grasp of user psychology and factors that influence conversion.
  • Skill in developing persuasive USPs and value propositions.
  • Able to carry designs through to frontend code.
  • Webflow experience is useful but not required.
  • Regular use of AI in current design workflows.
  • Strong ability to create AI systems that expand design output.
  • Self-directed ownership of work from insight through live launch.
  • Able to deliver quickly while maintaining quality.
  • High standards for visual polish, spacing, responsiveness, and page speed.
  • Submit a resume and portfolio.
  • Provide two or three live pages you designed and launched, with their conversion outcomes.
  • Include a brief note on how you currently use AI in design and development workflows.
  • Available around midday Pacific Time on weekdays.
  • Willing to work extended days and weekends regularly.
