Descriere

  • Lead enterprise IT operations across multiple companies and manufacturing sites
  • Set long-term IT and systems strategies to support operational and growth objectives
  • Direct enterprise systems integration across business units and locations
  • Oversee ERP platforms, business applications, networks, and cloud services
  • Create and execute AI strategies while assessing emerging technologies
  • Maintain cybersecurity compliance, data protection, AI governance, and risk controls
  • Create security policies, disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and continuity procedures
  • Set enterprise IT and AI governance, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps
  • Advise executive leadership on technology opportunities, reporting, automation, and scalability
  • Direct digital transformation and process improvement programs
  • Deploy and integrate generative AI and predictive analytics solutions
  • Manage servers, networks, telecommunications, endpoints, and remote access systems
  • Maintain system reliability, availability, and performance through monitoring, maintenance, and vendor oversight

  • Direct ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integration projects

  • Lead and develop IT staff and cross-functional project teams
  • Define IT performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability practices
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, facility expansions, and new-site integrations
  • Monitor emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices
  • Report to the Chief Financial Officer
  • Travel regularly to manufacturing and operational sites, including occasional domestic and international travel

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a multi-site operational environment
  • Experience supporting multiple companies, divisions, or locations is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise IT infrastructure and business systems
  • Experience supporting ITAR-regulated environments and defense-industry compliance is required
  • Strong command of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including implementation and audit readiness
  • Familiarity with CMMC requirements and compliance processes is preferred
  • Proficiency with AI platforms and cloud technologies
  • Experience delivering AI-powered automation is preferred
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • At least five years of senior leadership or director-level IT experience is preferred
  • Experience managing cybersecurity programs and enterprise risk reduction strategies
  • Proven record leading digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives
  • Experience directing cross-functional teams, budgets, and enterprise technology programs
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and multi-site systems standardization is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience with ERP, manufacturing systems, and enterprise software integrations
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data privacy regulations, and risk management principles
  • Experience with Microsoft environments, virtualization, backup, and remote access technologies
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, APIs, and database management
  • Experience with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
  • Strong project management and organizational leadership skills
  • Strong financial and operational understanding of IT program management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting platforms, and enterprise IT management tools
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in manufacturing and industrial settings while following required safety protocols
  • Ability to respond to emergency outages or cybersecurity incidents outside normal hours when needed
  • U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying refugee or asylee, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorization for ITAR-controlled information
