Descriere

  • Turn business goals and user needs into user journeys, workflows, and interaction designs
  • Find usability problems and product friction using feedback, testing, analytics, and collaboration
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and designs ready for implementation
  • Design end-to-end experiences with loading, empty, error, success, and recovery states
  • Craft interfaces that work across supported devices and screen sizes
  • Build and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns
  • Document component behavior, usage guidance, and accessibility needs
  • Develop responsive interfaces and reusable components with modern front-end tools
  • Convert approved designs into production-ready code
  • Work with application and backend engineers to connect interfaces to APIs
  • Write maintainable code and review pull requests
  • Check implementations against designs, acceptance criteria, and intended user experience
  • Resolve usability, browser compatibility, accessibility, and front-end performance problems
  • Test user journeys across supported devices and browsers
  • Add automated checks for key interactions and reusable components
  • Review usability before release and assess feedback after launch
  • Partner with product leadership and backend, platform, mobile, product, and engineering teams
  • Set scope, priorities, success measures, and acceptance criteria
  • Present designs and implementations, then incorporate feedback
  • Keep designs, code, documentation, and related assets in company-controlled systems
  • Take at least one product improvement from design to production within the first 90 days
  • Document reusable components and establish repeatable design review, usability validation, and implementation acceptance practices

Cerințe

  • Show a portfolio of product design decisions and digital experiences delivered to users
  • Have experience taking a feature from user problem through design, implementation, launch, and iteration
  • Understand interaction and visual design principles
  • Use Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools proficiently
  • Have strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript skills
  • Have experience with a modern front-end framework such as React or Vue
  • Have built responsive interfaces and reusable component systems
  • Know accessibility standards and practical usability testing methods
  • Have experience with Git, version control, code reviews, and shared documentation
  • Explain design and technical trade-offs clearly
  • Be open to feedback and iterating on work
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed scope and timelines
  • Be comfortable using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
  • Review and validate code generated by AI tools
  • Identify usability, accessibility, security, and maintainability issues in AI-assisted implementations
  • Protect proprietary code, credentials, customer information, and sensitive data when using AI tools
