Descriere
- Diagnose faults and recommend maintenance solutions.
- Repair robotic products.
- Help customers operate robots and provide technical advice.
- Record service visits in the CRM system.
- Manage the remote spare-parts inventory.
- Train customers in maintenance.
- Track customer accounts with the wider team.
- Help improve the service continuously.
- Work directly with customers in the medical, pharmaceutical, food-processing, and automotive sectors.
- Work from the Faverges production site.
- Complete several weeks of onboarding.
Cerințe
- Hold a technical degree of at least two years or equivalent qualification.
- Have initial experience in a similar role, ideally maintaining or installing special-purpose machinery.
