Descriere

  • Develop durable, AI-enabled tooling for the Slack iOS app
  • Help feature engineers resolve complex problems through streamlined workflows and intelligent tools
  • Advance an agentic software development lifecycle with autonomous workflows
  • Embed AI coding agents into software factories, automated testing, pull request generation, code reviews, and boilerplate refactoring
  • Track and improve CI reliability, TimeToMerge, and build-time performance
  • Find and remove pipeline bottlenecks with intelligent automation
  • Diagnose difficult Bazel cache misses and failed CI pipelines
  • Lead, mentor, and support the growth of iOS engineers
  • Establish high standards for technical design and code quality across Slack’s iOS codebase
  • Take ownership of the complete Slack iOS codebase

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years of experience building and maintaining complex iOS tooling across CI and CD
  • Advanced proficiency with Swift, Bazel, Python, and Xcode tooling
  • Practical experience with agentic SDLC workflows, including AI coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, or custom LLM scripts
  • Proven ability to monitor and improve CI reliability, TimeToMerge, and build-time metrics
  • Strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Python or Bash scripting
  • A related technical degree is required
  • Experience with Slack and a strong interest in improving the product
  • Previous experience in an iOS developer experience position
