Lead infrastructure engineering for Hercules’ AI development platform, supporting app hosting, the SDK, and distributed services used by hundreds of thousands of users.
Descriere
- Develop and operate the infrastructure behind Hercules’ AI Agent
- Develop infrastructure for App Builder, including app creation, previews, and deployments
- Build reliable, scalable hosting for hundreds of thousands of applications
- Maintain the SDK across Hercules Commerce, Auth, CMS, and Files & Media
- Operate the enterprise-grade platform serving hundreds of thousands of users
- Deliver customer-facing changes quickly while iterating and correcting issues
- Use Hercules’ technology stack, including TypeScript, React, AI SDK, Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse, Tailwind, CDK, Terraform, Docker, OpenTelemetry, Hono, Drizzle ORM, Temporal, Cloudflare, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models
Cerințe
- Senior or staff-level experience in infrastructure engineering
- Strong foundations in system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and collaborate effectively in monorepos
- Experience scaling large, data-intensive, multi-tenant distributed services
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver changes with direct customer impact
- Experience with TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, Redis, and Temporal
- Ability to use frontier AI coding tools to substantially accelerate development workflows
- Availability to work in US time zones for remote work
- Willingness to travel regularly to the San Francisco office for remote work
