Descriere

  • Act as the technical authority for Microsoft identity, security, endpoint management, and Zero Trust architecture
  • Direct the design, engineering, deployment, and operational maturity of Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance, policies, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Defender, Global Secure Access, and Microsoft 365 security and E5 capabilities
  • Reduce Active Directory dependencies and advance Entra-first identity architecture initiatives
  • Design and implement Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync, leading Entra Connect migrations where appropriate
  • Evaluate and reduce authentication dependencies while planning ADFS retirement
  • Establish governance for identity sources of authority and authentication lifecycles
  • Lead passwordless authentication strategy across Microsoft Authenticator, passkeys, Windows Hello for Business, and Cloud Kerberos Trust
  • Drive Intune transformation, cloud-first endpoint management, GPO-to-Intune migration, CIS benchmark controls, and Windows deployment modernization
  • Lead transitions from hybrid Active Directory to Entra Join and modernize Autopilot
  • Evaluate and architect Microsoft Global Secure Access, Entra Private Access, and Entra Internet Access
  • Create Zscaler coexistence and migration strategies, run proof-of-concept testing, and define migration roadmaps and operational support models
  • Evaluate and implement Entra Identity Governance, Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows, access certification, HR system integrations, and role-based access governance
  • Develop PowerShell automation with Microsoft Graph APIs for provisioning and reporting
  • Build self-service capabilities and lower operational overhead through engineering practices
  • Collaborate with Technology Operations, Information Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, Service Desk, and business stakeholders on Trupanion’s Microsoft platform roadmap

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft identity engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience administering and architecting Microsoft 365
  • At least 5 years of experience in Intune and endpoint engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience developing software, tools, or automation
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
  • Experience designing Zero Trust architectures
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, identity governance, PIM, Cloud Sync, Entra Connect, ADFS, SSO, MFA, and authentication flows
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Entra Join, hybrid join, Windows Update for Business, CIS benchmarks, and GPO migration
  • Advanced expertise in Global Secure Access, Entra Private Access, Entra Internet Access, and Private Application Access
  • Proficiency with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Azure Automation
  • Ability to work independently, provide mentorship, collaborate across functions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
