Descriere
- Develop and present original video ideas for Study.com's YouTube and TikTok audiences
- Use performance data, retention patterns, engagement, and viewer feedback to shape the content strategy
- Craft and refine scripts with strong openings, clear pacing, satisfying payoffs, and sustained viewer interest
- Give creators and editors actionable guidance on performance, edits, captions, audio, and visual composition
- Find, onboard, and mentor freelance creators and editors
- Track emerging trends, sounds, formats, and changes in platform algorithms
- Oversee titles, thumbnails, captions, and hashtags to improve content discoverability
- Create and quickly evaluate new video formats
- Coordinate streamlined, lightweight production processes
- Apply tools including Claude, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs to ideation, scripting, and video production
Cerințe
- At least 2–3 years of experience creating, producing, or managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content in-house, at an agency, or independently as a creator
- A test-and-learn approach with the ability to evaluate results and iterate rapidly
- A portfolio demonstrating video work or channel growth, along with insight into what made the work effective
- A strong feel for attention-grabbing hooks, narrative structure, and pacing
- Working fluency in YouTube and TikTok culture, content formats, and analytics
- The ability to translate performance data into creative choices
- Experience directing or partnering with creators and editors
- Strong organization for coordinating multiple creators and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule
- Availability during Study.com's Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday
- A personal computer for work
- Consistent access to high-speed internet
- Experience operating a personal channel, appearing on camera, or growing an audience from the ground up is a plus
