Descriere

  • Build and manage editorial calendars for multiple brands
  • Shape content themes, concepts, and creative direction across formats and platforms
  • Write briefs for copy, design, and audiovisual production teams
  • Schedule, publish, and oversee content across social channels
  • Review channels daily to identify engagement opportunities, emerging trends, and relevant conversations
  • Coordinate with relationship and community teams to reflect each brand’s positioning
  • Track reach, engagement, audience growth, views, retention, traffic, and conversions
  • Create recurring performance reports that translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Follow shifts in audience behavior, content formats, platforms, and digital culture
  • Help deliver institutional, commercial, seasonal, and product launch campaigns
  • Partner with Content, Influencer Marketing, Media, CRM, Product, Projects, and Creative Studio teams
  • Support programs involving creators, experts, authors, and influencers

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience planning or delivering marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of major social networks, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of content planning and social media strategy
  • Knowledge of data analysis, performance metrics, and digital channels
  • Experience with content production and curation
  • Ability to develop clear creative briefs
  • Knowledge of social media copywriting
  • Understanding of branding and consistent brand expression
  • Knowledge of social listening and digital culture
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strategic thinker who can convert data and trends into practical recommendations
