ServiceNow UI Builder Developer

Build responsive ServiceNow workspaces, portals, and dashboards with UI Builder, custom components, and platform integrations. Develop enterprise workflows using the Now Experience Framework and related front-end technologies.

Descriere

  • Design and configure ServiceNow UI Builder pages, workspaces, portals, and dashboards.
  • Develop Configurable Workspaces, including CSM Workspace and FSM Workspace.
  • Apply Now Experience Framework architecture, component lifecycles, data binding, and native event handling.
  • Connect UI Builder experiences to ServiceNow backend capabilities, including Data Resources, Transform Utilities, and client- and server-side evaluation.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain custom web components with the Now Experience CLI.
  • Create rich layouts using out-of-the-box component libraries.
  • Develop front-end solutions with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SASS, React, or Angular.
  • Optimize interfaces for modern, fluid, responsive behavior.
  • Configure page and component states with client state parameters, data resources, client scripts, event handlers, and declarative actions.
  • Connect user interfaces to ServiceNow tables, data resources, transform utilities, and platform services.
  • Integrate interfaces with REST services and approved platform integrations.
  • Improve performance through efficient component configuration, client-side processing, and data retrieval.
  • Apply accessibility requirements and web standards.
  • Follow ServiceNow development and governance practices to deliver lean, maintainable, scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.
  • Work with business process stakeholders, UX designers, platform developers, and technical teams.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • At least four years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and Configurable Workspaces.
  • Demonstrated experience building and configuring pages, workspaces, and portals in the Now Experience UI Builder framework.
  • Advanced JavaScript proficiency and practical experience with HTML5, CSS/SASS, and React or Angular.
  • Experience with the Now Experience CLI and ServiceNow out-of-the-box component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of Now Experience Framework architecture, component lifecycles, data binding, client state management, and native event handling.
  • Experience configuring data resources, transform utilities, client- and server-side evaluation, event handlers, and declarative actions.
  • Experience securely consuming REST data and integrating user experiences with ServiceNow platform services and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience using out-of-the-box component libraries to create rich, consistent, efficient layouts.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve interface performance, apply accessibility standards, and develop upgrade-safe solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
  • Experience partnering with business process stakeholders, UX designers, and platform teams to turn requirements into effective user experiences.
  • Relevant UI Builder or Now Experience Framework micro-certifications or badges are an asset.

Beneficii

  • Full-time remote position.
