Descriere

  • Design and build scalable enterprise AI systems, SDKs, frameworks, libraries, reference architectures, and solution templates.
  • Develop enterprise AI platforms, multi-tenant architectures, reusable engineering components, AI-enabled applications, integration layers, backend services, and distributed systems.
  • Own the high-level architecture of secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise systems.
  • Convert business and technical requirements into architectures covering system boundaries, component roles, service interactions, data flows, interfaces, and integration patterns.
  • Create architectures capable of supporting at least 1,000 users while maintaining reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Balance performance, cost, maintainability, security, and delivery speed when making architectural decisions.
  • Prepare architecture documentation, technical specifications, system diagrams, and design decision records.
  • Develop AI solutions that connect models, SDKs, RAG, MCPs, applications, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Architect platforms for AI inference, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, retrieval, data processing, and enterprise integrations.
  • Partner with AI, machine learning, product, and platform teams to turn experimental capabilities into dependable software products.
  • Develop prototypes and implement backend services, APIs, libraries, SDKs, system components, and reusable engineering tools.
  • Deliver clean, efficient, tested, and maintainable production code.
  • Review code, steer system-level implementation decisions, and investigate performance bottlenecks and system failures.
  • Design multi-tenant platforms with tenant isolation, access control, configuration, resource management, scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, high availability, and recoverability.
  • Collaborate with CTOs, architects, product leaders, AI engineers, and software development teams.
  • Lead technical discussions, explain architectural decisions, and surface risks before implementation.

Cerințe

  • Professional experience in systems engineering, software architecture, platform engineering, or backend engineering.
  • Strong capability in high-level system design and architectural reasoning.
  • A track record of designing and delivering at least five enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Experience with solutions that supported, or were designed to support, at least 1,000 users.
  • Hands-on software development experience with Python, Go, or Rust, with language flexibility.
  • Background building scalable, distributed, or service-oriented systems.
  • Experience designing multi-tenant platforms or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Strong knowledge of system performance, capacity planning, concurrency, and scalability.
  • Experience unifying multiple existing applications, platforms, or services within an enterprise solution.
  • Experience creating APIs, SDKs, libraries, frameworks, or reusable product components.
  • Experience taking prototypes or proofs of concept through to production-grade systems.
  • Strong understanding of reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
  • Ability to create clear high-level design documentation and architecture diagrams.
