Descriere
- Own the UX and UI direction for Retail Media products across web and mobile applications
- Turn customer needs, business goals, partner expectations and technical limitations into clear product experiences
- Use data, product KPIs and customer insight to identify opportunities and guide design decisions
- Plan or support user research, usability testing and validation of proposed solutions
- Lead ideation sessions and workshops with product, business, technology and partner stakeholders
- Develop ideas and requirements from early discovery through product delivery
- Produce concepts, user journeys, interaction designs and prototypes
- Help prepare, create and refine product tickets and other delivery documentation
- Support planning, prioritisation, refinement and ongoing improvement of team ways of working
- Partner closely with product teams that present and operate Retail Media solutions
- Bring the customer viewpoint to product and business conversations
- Build productive relationships across stakeholders with differing or competing priorities
- Deliver experiences that are usable, accessible, consistent and aligned with the broader digital ecosystem
- Contribute to the creation and adoption of design systems
- Help establish responsible, effective applications of AI in design and product development
- Help integrate Retail Media into the MediaMarktSaturn customer experience and future offering
Cerințe
- Substantial professional experience in UX/UI, Product Design or a comparable field, generally around eight years or more
- Strong command of the full Product Design lifecycle, including discovery, research, delivery and optimisation
- Track record designing digital products and services for web and mobile
- Advanced capability in user-centred design, interaction design, usability and prototyping
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative evidence to decisions and outcome measurement
- Working knowledge of product KPIs, conversion and the link between customer value and business results
- Experience conducting research, facilitating ideation and workshops, and working within cross-functional product teams
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including handling complex or difficult situations
- Ability to articulate and support design choices while considering alternative viewpoints
- Good knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design and design systems
- Self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to bring order to complex environments
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand and represent varied interests
- Thoughtful, responsible perspective on AI use in design and product development
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
