Descriere

  • Lead research through interviews, surveys, and site visits
  • Create and refine user journeys, storyboards, and interaction designs
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to connect UX solutions with customer needs and business goals
  • Design and prototype scalable, user-centered interfaces that follow design principles and platform standards
  • Test usability and improve designs using user feedback
  • Maintain design specifications, reusable patterns, and style-guide documentation
  • Coach and support team members
  • Define the architecture and experience of Walmart’s website and mobile app homepage, navigation, and shopping events
  • Create tailored experiences for major holidays and promotional events
  • Deliver data-informed experiences across Walmart’s digital retail platforms

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 5 years of experience in these areas
  • Experience with retail and promotional design, including variants, business cases, telemetry, data use, information architecture, or systems design for large-scale faceted experiences
  • Advanced proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to create representative functional prototypes
  • Extensive user-centered design experience, including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
  • Strong prototyping and usability-testing skills, with experience creating scalable designs that follow native mobile conventions and style guides
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and insight synthesis
  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with large stakeholder groups and manage prioritization
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work and produce clear, concise reports
  • Design certification, a master’s degree, accessibility or WCAG 2.2 AA knowledge, and relevant industry experience are preferred
