आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 5 years of experience in these areas
- Experience with retail and promotional design, including variants, business cases, telemetry, data use, information architecture, or systems design for large-scale faceted experiences
- Advanced proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to create representative functional prototypes
- Extensive user-centered design experience, including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Strong prototyping and usability-testing skills, with experience creating scalable designs that follow native mobile conventions and style guides
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and insight synthesis
- Strong ability to identify, engage, and communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with large stakeholder groups and manage prioritization
- Ability to lead cross-functional work and produce clear, concise reports
- Design certification, a master’s degree, accessibility or WCAG 2.2 AA knowledge, and relevant industry experience are preferred
