Descriere

  • Act as a functional expert on DAI financial management processes, transaction flows, and system capabilities
  • Evaluate DAI workflows and business processes for efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and operational improvement
  • Lead workflow, gap, root-cause, and process-optimization analyses to advance improvement initiatives
  • Support accounting, budget execution, funds management, and related financial operations
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and user reference materials
  • Examine financial transactions, business data, and operational trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Produce recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other analytical deliverables
  • Build data visualizations and executive reporting solutions with Power BI, OBIEE, or comparable tools
  • Research obligations, expenditures, commitments, disbursements, funding actions, and related financial activity
  • Monitor spend plans, analyze funding, report variances, and track financial performance to support funds execution
  • Coordinate across functions to improve data integration, transaction visibility, and process consistency
  • Work with stakeholders to recommend improvements in performance and regulatory compliance
  • Track process metrics and recommend corrective measures when needed
  • Assist with financial reconciliation and year-end closeout activities
  • Assess training needs and contribute to training materials and user-support resources
  • Develop executive briefings, reports, analyses, and recommendations
  • Provide strategic guidance for DAI optimization and modernization of financial management

Cerințe

  • U.S. citizenship is required because of federal contract obligations
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Six or more years of professional experience in systems analysis, financial systems, ERP applications, business process analysis, financial operations, data analytics, reporting, or related work
  • Experience with the Defense Agencies Initiative is preferred
  • Experience supporting Department of War financial management, resource management, or business operations is preferred
  • Experience with ERP platforms used for accounting, budgeting, acquisition, logistics, or financial management is preferred
  • Experience in business process optimization, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement is preferred
  • Experience analyzing funds execution, reporting on budget execution, and managing spend plans is preferred
  • Experience creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition or comparable reporting platforms is preferred
  • Experience with financial reconciliation, audit readiness, and year-end closeout is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas, and reporting automation, are preferred
  • Experience producing executive reports, presentations, and decision-support materials is preferred
