Descriere

Build end-to-end products for processors, contractors, and program administrators.
Develop AI-assisted document verification, eligibility checks, and fraud detection.
Choose between models, rules, and human review, then measure their performance.
Own the ledger, lender loan tape, and reconciliation with bank records.
Replace legacy systems such as Airtable with in-house agentic tools.
Improve CI speed, test suite health, backups, database migrations, alerts, and workflows.
Investigate production failures, identify root causes, resolve issues, and document incidents.
Partner directly with cofounders and take ownership of substantial parts of the system.
Ship production features and customer-facing improvements within days.
Learn rebate programs, underwriting, and contractor payments, and challenge inaccurate specifications.

Cerințe

At least 6 years of experience building production software.
Experience taking responsibility for a system when it fails.
Strong backend TypeScript experience, including Bun, Node, Next.js, tRPC, Prisma, or similar tools.
Solid relational database skills in MySQL or Postgres, including schema design, query plans, and migrations.
Strong Git skills, including rebasing.
Ability to reason through requests from the browser to the database and back.
Ability to use AI agents extensively while authoring and taking responsibility for every line of code.
Record of taking on work beyond an assigned area and completing it.
Comfort and skill working in compliance- and security-intensive environments.
Preferred: experience with Temporal or another workflow engine.
Preferred: experience with payments, ledgers, lending, or reconciliation.
Preferred: experience with dbt, Snowflake, or other analytics tools.
Preferred: experience evaluating LLM output with test sets and metrics.
Preferred: experience with Pulumi, Docker, Vercel, Tailscale, Datadog, or Sentry.
Preferred: experience with energy programs or utility software.
Must be a United States resident.
