Descriere

  • Own reliability and deployment readiness for complex government platforms operating in secure, multi-vendor environments.
  • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform, including reusable modules and patterns.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, security scans, and environment promotion.
  • Set and monitor service indicators, objectives, and error budgets for critical services.
  • Create observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and actionable alerts.
  • Lead incident response and blameless reviews, and see follow-up actions through.
  • Join the engagement’s on-call rotation as needed.
  • Diagnose distributed system issues across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
  • Integrate security and compliance into infrastructure and delivery, covering vulnerability response, patching, secrets, ATO, and continuous monitoring.
  • Reduce operational toil through scripts and tooling.
  • Guide client stakeholders on reliability and infrastructure tradeoffs.
  • Support teammate growth through reviews, pairing, runbooks, and shared standards.
  • Partner with product teams, clients, and partner organizations to apply SRE and DevOps practices to modernization work.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least five years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Have substantial hands-on production experience with Terraform, including module design, state management, and CI-based plan/apply workflows.
  • Have built and maintained CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Be proficient in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
  • Have used observability tools such as DataDog, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus, and designed useful alerts.
  • Have experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes.
  • Be familiar with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or ATO processes.
  • Have supported legacy modernization or cloud migration work.
  • Be familiar with AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP compliance, and DataDog.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Be able to meet other requirements for government contracts.
  • Have work authorization that will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Be prepared for a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract.
  • Be based in the continental United States.
  • Meet possible recent U.S. residency criteria; contracts typically require living in the United States for at least three of the past five years.
