Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer (California Remote)
Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications, workflows, reports, and integrations. Handle configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing enterprise production support.
Descriere
- Create and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows
- Set up tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
- Design Flow Designer workflows and automated business processes
- Manage ACLs, roles, permissions, and role-based access control
- Create reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports
- Build and support REST and SOAP integrations with ServiceNow
- Test solutions, resolve defects, troubleshoot issues, deploy changes, and support production environments
- Write technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer
Cerințe
- At least seven years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Workflow
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Experience with ACLs, RBAC, ServiceNow security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations
- Background in testing, deployment, and production support
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
