Descriere

  • Lead a product area from problem framing through release, tracking customer feedback along the way.
  • Create AI-first flows that keep customers in control.
  • Turn complex scenarios into clear, trustworthy experiences.
  • Test new ideas with customers, measure outcomes, and adjust direction.
  • Use AI to build testable solutions quickly and put them in front of customers.
  • Strengthen design practice through critique, clear reasoning, and sound decisions.
  • Work with product and engineering leads from concept to launch.
  • Design Microsoft 365 migration and governance experiences.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least six years of experience designing complex business software, with shipped work owned from initial problem through final details.
  • Apply systems thinking to design complete user journeys, rather than isolated screens.
  • Use sound judgment when making design decisions that are difficult to reverse.
  • Speak with customers regularly and adjust design direction based on their behavior.
  • Explain and support design decisions with designers, engineers, and executives.
  • Use AI fluently in your design workflow.
  • Refine work in the live product and move changes into production.
  • Work effectively when the brief is unclear.
  • Experience designing for IT, security, data, or expert users is a plus.
